BC LUWR is a modern class A business center located near the Lukyanovskaya metro station. The building consists of a 7-floor main section and a section with a 17-floor tower, as well as underground parking.

We value the privacy of our customers, that is why we took care of additional isolated entrances and exits in the business center. For more privacy, there is a separate elevator from the parking lot to section A.
Energy efficiency
The facades of the building are made of rainscreen and have heat insulation by mineral wool, and the windows seal in the heat. In the room in all seasons of the year, there will be a comfortable temperature and you will not overpay for heating.
Safety
The business center is equipped with an access control system, fire safety, and video surveillance systems. Inside the business center and on its territory, there are specialists in the security firm ZEVS.
Clean air
Ventilation shafts with integrated filtration systems provide each room with cleaned fresh air. Chiller fan coils provide air conditioning and heating for comfortable microclimate in offices.
Fire safety
All premises are equipped with systems of fire extinguishing and warning, gas contamination control, fire protection of metal structures, and engineering penetrations. All measures have been taken to prevent the occurrence of fires and the spread of fire.
Data storage
The business center is provided with its own servers, structured cable system, and access control system for storing data on the building maintenance.
Heating
The business center is heated from the own 2.48-MW boiler room with Buderus energy-saving boilers that are located on the roof of the building and are turned on on-demand, not on a schedule. Offices maintain a set temperature at any time of the year.
Parking
Underground parking is designed for 80 cars. In addition, there is outdoor parking for guests of the business center for 65 parking lots. Both parking lots are guarded 24/7 and equipped with chargers for electric vehicles.
